The balance  is due 56 days (8 weeks) before arrival. Bookings made at less than 8 weeks notice are payable in full.

Cancellation before full payment results in loss of deposit, after full payment no refunds will be made.

At the customer's request we can try to resell their holiday on their behalf.  This may result in a reduction of price or days sold.

The shorter the notice the more difficult a resale will become.

We strongly advise therefore that guests take out travel cancellation insurance.

Additional cleaning required beyond the usual 4 man hours (2 people/2 hrs.) will be charged for.

Note:  The cottage must be left in the same clean and tidy condition as at the start of your stay. We expect to be able to change all linen and clean the cottage in 2 hours. Any additional cleaning must be paid for.

Any breakages or damage must be reported promptly and paid for in full.  This is important as there are usually other guests due to arrive within a few hours of your departure and we must be able to have the house ready by 3pm for their arrival.

Any loss or damage to guest's  personal  property is the responsibility of the guest.
